AppsRank is a developer tool that displays App Store chart rankings across 170+ countries and categories. The App provides:
All ranking data is sourced from Apple's public iTunes RSS feeds and iTunes Search API.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or professional purposes on Apple devices you own or control. You may not:
App names, icons, descriptions, ratings, and other metadata displayed in the App are the property of their respective developers and are sourced from Apple's public APIs. App icons are loaded directly from Apple's content delivery network.
App Store is a service mark of Apple Inc. AppsRank is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc.
AppsRank is free to use. Optional support subscriptions are available:
Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Settings. No refunds for partial subscription periods.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of ranking data, as it depends on Apple's public APIs which may change or become unavailable.
AppsRank is a developer tool, not financial or business advice. Ranking data should not be the sole basis for business decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. International users retain applicable consumer protections under their local laws.
